What really mean the term “pet–friendly“???
This denomination can vary from place to place and can mean a lot of things.
People will attribute different characteristics for each situation and establishment.
For example a hotel, hostel, airbnd, lodge or any other accommodation that promote themselves as pet–friendly, normally they will allow small pets. So, first thing you must do is contact the business and ask for further informations, such as the pet–friendly policy.
We have create a ranking of pet–friendly, this is a scale from one to five. To better picture it imagine a ranking of five star hotel.
This rank will compose of a combination of characteristics that we consider pet–friendly.
- there is water available on the establishment for the pet
- there is menu pet
- they offer treats
- there is poop bags available
- pet size allowed
- pet allowed inside or/and outside of the establishment
- pet fee
So, for the next posts we will put five pet–friendly paw rank and description of the place.
